Shipping policy

At Saardé, we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly and with care—beautifully packed and thoughtfully prepared.

Delivery Times 

  • Orders are packed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday), provided all items are in stock.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our Sydney warehouse.

  • During busy periods such as holidays or new product launches, please allow for a little extra time—we’re a small team and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We ship Monday through Friday.

Sustainable Packaging 

All orders are packed in sustainable packaging. We use bio-degradable bubble wrap, compostable mailers, and repurposed or recycled cardboard boxes, amongst many other sustainable options.

Within Australia

  • Free Standard shipping for orders over $200 within Australia excluding bulky items / furnitures

    International 

    • Free Standard shipping for orders from over $400
      • Free shipping to NZ: $400
      • Free Shipping to Asia: $500
      • Free Shipping to US, Canada and Europe: $600
    • Exclude some of the large items (you will be contacted after the order is placed before shipment progresses)

    *Free shipping directly to customers in USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, part of Europe and part of Asia. The rest of the world's rates will be calculated at checkout by using competitive courier rates. 

    Duties & Taxes: all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import taxes established by local customs authorities and may be government import requirements. This payment is the customer's responsibility, and Saardé has no control over this and will not refund customers for any charges incurred.

    • Calculated by the Australia Post based on weight, size, and delivery destination. 
    • To view the final shipping cost, please add all desired items to your cart and enter your delivery details.

    Bulky Item Shipping

    • Flat shipping fees apply
    • Delivery to ground floor
    • If you think you may have trouble moving your goods inside your home alone, we recommend that you have someone available to help you carry the items into your home, unpack, and install your furniture. If this isn't an option, we recommend contacting us to organise a 2 person premium service for heavy/bulky items.
