Revising my original review on Kairos Coffee Cups

I am currently revising my previous review, as there have been some updates. Shortly after submitting my initial review, I received a prompt response from the customer service team. They promptly explained the reason behind the delay in addressing my inquiry. Understanding that unforeseen circumstances can occur, I am now even more satisfied with the cups I had purchased.

Very pretty cups, but

I was thrilled to have these cups as a new addition to my home, but when I reached out to the customer service if it microwave safe or not, nobody responded, somewhat disappointed with the customer service.
