Saardé is a design-led lifestyle brand creating considered goods for
home, senses, and self. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and
customer-focused team member to support customer service, retail operations in the Rosebery Store, and wholesale growth initiatives across the business.
This role combines operational coordination, customer service, retail support, and project management, with a strong focus on communication, organisation, and continuous improvement
THE ROLE
- Respond to customer enquiries across email and online channels
- Manage online returns, exchanges, and customer complaints and provide support for retail escalations when required
- Maintain fast and professional customer response times
- Develop and maintain customer service templates aligned with Saardé tone of voice
- Identify customer experience improvements and friction points and share customer feedback insights with relevant internal teams
- Assist in refining post-purchase communication flows and FAQs
- Support the development of internal customer service procedures and policies
Retail Operations Support
- Support day-to-day operations of the Rosebery store, including assisting customers in store
- Assist with stock replenishment and store presentations
- Assist in maintaining strong operational organisation across retail environments
Wholesale Customer Service and Support
- Assist in developing wholesale expansion opportunities aligned with the Saardé brand
- Support outreach and relationship-building with prospective wholesale partners
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and communication records
- Assist the Wholesale Sales agent make sure high standard service and delivery is executed.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain clear and organised operational documentation
- Track customer feedback trends and operational improvement opportunities
- Support maintenance of operational records and compliance documentation

A beautifully designed new flagship store will provide the backdrop for you to assist customers in having a memorable and elevated experience that is beyond the expected or the usual.
The Role
As a Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to provide our customers with a beautiful and elevating experience. This role demands an exceptionally high level of service, where warmth and attention to detail create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for our customers.
What we are looking for
Experience: Previous experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment is highly preferred. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
Mindset: Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen and engage without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
Store Presentation: Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are immaculate and reflect the luxury nature of our brand.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
Passion: A genuine interest in design, homewares and lifestyle products. A passion for providing a memorable and high-quality customer experience.
Attitude: Warm, approachable, and professional demeanour. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
Availability: Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or design sectors.
- Strong project management and event coordination skills.
- Proven experience in community marketing, partnerships, and campaign management.
- Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
- Strong creative judgment with a passion for visual storytelling and brand culture.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
A balance of creative intuition and commercial acumen.
