Disappointing

I ordered this towel having ordered several in the “hand towel” size previously. So disappointed to find that it is significantly smaller and as such not fit for wrapping my hair in after washing which is why I purchased it! Why is everything getting smaller?

We are sorry this purchase has been a disappointing experience for you and understand the change in size is not optimal particularly when using it for your hair. Last year when the cost of cotton went up 25% - 30% along with an unprecedented increase in freight costs we were forced to make the difficult choice between reducing the size of the hand towel or increasing the retail price exponentially. The Vintage Wash Collection is a much loved staple of the brand and it was not a decision we took lightly. We want all our loyal customers to have a great experience when using our products and are sorry that it was not the case on this occasion.

Casual Luxe Feel

Love the feel and look of these, I bought the bath mat and hand towel in Olive. Colour of the bath mat is lighter dustier than the photo shows, but still lovely. Bath mat has good absorbency despite being nice and thin! The ribbed weave it has is gorgeous

I think they are the best!
