Soft but decorative only

These were my least favorite of the three types of towels I ordered. They are soft but not functional. It can’t be used as a bath towel, as they are not absorbent at all. If you use the towel to dry your wet hair off, your hair will be dripping! Despite how soft they are, the lack of ability to absorb water and lack of functionality makes this towel a thumbs down in my book.

Thank you for your review. We take your review seriously all the way through to our design and development teams to investigate your experience. This assists us to refine our making and quality assurance.
We know from most of our buyers that washing the towels a few times helps with initiating the absorbency. Adding either vinegar, or a 1/2 cup of baking soda to the first few washes helps the fibres to relax and become more absorbent. Another tip is to minimise the amount of washing powder and to wash on 40 degrees celsius this helps to dissolve any soap residue.
